7. Privacy Act / HIPPA… Your camper’s privacy is protected, a HIPPA agreement is on file for all campers who utilize our Medicine By the Dose Program.
8. We have a parent friendly registration system with a team of Camp Medicine By the Dose representatives ready to speak with parent / guardians.
9. We don’t charge a late fee for registration.
10. We will accommodate to our best ability every camper and his or her family.
11. We will help each camp follow-up on incomplete Medicine By the Dose applications, if necessary.
12. We will supply you with a registration letter that you may customize on your stationary to camp parents explaining your new service and how to register.
13. We will give you a letter that parents can give to their campers prescribing physician so he /she can understand the White’s Healthcare program.
14. We will send a set of best practice instructions for use by your camps medical staff with each sessions shipment and will answer any questions they may have in regard to drug interaction etc., 24-7-365.
